One of the most popular questions when it becomes to gallery walls is the staying power of gallery walls. There have been Several designers that have stated that the gallery wall is fading, but most say that it really not a fad or trend, but a staple in design that has lasted hundred of years. My research into the topic makes me conclude that it not going out of style. With the design trend maximalist and cottagecore on the scene, it may even become more popular in the coming years.

Another big question is "how can I do a gallery wall on a budget." Well this post is going to address these questions.

A gallery wall is a collection of framed artwork, photographs and personal items hung creatively on a wall usually using a photo frame.

You don't necessarily have to use family photos. Any photo will work.
If you don't already have photos you are going to frame an inexpensive means is to download art from online. Remember to choose art that is personal to you.

Most of us have pictures of our family. You may want to use these for the most bang for your buck. You can also frame something that is special to you for a really great conversation piece.

FRAMES

Frames can be brought at all the traditional places. Amazon has a variety of frame sets for an inexpensive price, but I'm not sure of the quality.

Think about using alternative ways to make a gallery wall before buying cheaply made frames. Remember anything can be art. Baskets, mirrors, clocks, and plants. Are some things that come to mind.
